Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our security operations team.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and provide guidance and support to security guards as needed.
- Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security operation.
- Provide training and coaching to security guards to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to security guards.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of security incidents and events.
- 3-4 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Criminal record check.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent site visits and interactions with security guards and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
