Job Title: Supervisor, Security Guards

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a Supervisor, Security Guards.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
  • Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify potential security risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Criminal record check.
Working Conditions:

  • Standing for extended periods.
