Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sam's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Staff Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
As a Culinary Specialist at Sam's Pizza, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and quality. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and time management.
