Culinary Specialist

As a Culinary Specialist at Sam's Pizza, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
- Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in their development.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Capability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and initiative in a team-oriented setting.
- Highly organized, reliable, and proficient in time management.
