Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sam's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
As a Culinary Specialist at Sam's Pizza, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. You must be able to maintain attention to detail and work effectively in a team.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and time management.
