Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Sky Park Cafe, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within our bustling food service environment. This temporary position requires a dedicated individual who can manage a team effectively while ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Resource Estimation: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit relevant reports as required.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Delivery Oversight: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
