Job Title: Bilingual IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual IT Support Analyst to join our team at Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous?. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our associates and customers in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to associates and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve system issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT support
  • Fluency in both French and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, Cisco, and IBM p-series AIX/Unidata application
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
