Job Title: Bilingual IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual IT Support Analyst to join our team at Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous?. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our customers in both French and English, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software to provide expert-level support
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
