Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at VP Protection Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to handle emergency situations.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, emergency response, and crisis management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration on security matters.
- Monitor and report on security incidents, trends, and best practices to inform security strategy and decision-making.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
