Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at OBN Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our clients' premises, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure that security personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reporting and follow-up actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their security needs are met.
- 3-4 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Security Guard License.
- Criminal record check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
