About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Digital Six Consulting. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and documenting business requirements, and translating those needs into technical requirements that our technology team can build and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Conduct analysis, modeling, and documentation of business program requirements, including elicitation and confirmation of functional and non-functional requirements, business process modeling, data/class modeling, and other business analysis modeling techniques.
  • Requirements Gathering: Identify and document use cases (scenarios) representing users' workflows and tasks, and assist with the development of business cases, project charters, and project plans.
  • Analysis and Design: Analyze existing data and design conversion processes, and perform business analysis activities during all phases of the system development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop detailed functional test scenarios to validate acceptable functional behavior of the system, and assist with the conduct of iterative Functional, System, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Provide status reports to the project manager, and demonstrate strong communicative, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Computer science, business administration, or other relevant degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years progressive experience in business analysis activities, documentation, system implementation, and support, with 3+ years of demonstrated relevant experience in Health IT Systems, preferably in Pharmacy and Pharmacy-related IT systems.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience working in a highly matrixed, virtual organization, and proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
