Customer Service Representative

Sandbox Mutual Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring consistency in service quality across all platforms.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Service Delivery: Ensure all interactions are completed within established standards of delivery and service level to facilitate the achievement of member satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Training and Development: Assist with training and guiding new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Payment Processing: Process payments from brokers and policyholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
- Education: Completion of Grade 12 education.
- Experience: One year of experience in underwriting, claims, or accounting, or one year of customer service, call center, conflict resolution, customer sales, or customer support experience, preferably in the insurance industry or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and to perform detailed work accurately.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and train other employees.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain respectful, effective working relationships with others internally and externally.
- Culture Fit: Act as a role model who supports a delightfully simple insurance experience and a positive organization culture.

This unionized position offers an annual salary range of $47,934 – 62,733, a comprehensive benefits package, a fun and inclusive work environment, professional development opportunities, and the potential for further advancement within the company.
