About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Barber Shop Manager to join our team at 1406630 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, establishing policies and procedures for staff, and managing contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement daily operational plans to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure the financial stability of the business.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the business and attract new customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
