Fade Away Barbershop is seeking a skilled Barber Stylist to join our team. As a key member of our barbershop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and styling services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience in our barbershop.
- Haircutting and Styling: Cut and trim hair according to client preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools to achieve the desired look.
- Supervision: Supervise junior barbers and other staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and order supplies, ensuring that our barbershop is well-stocked and equipped to meet client demands.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other barbers and staff members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a high level of energy throughout the workday.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, client focus, dependability, and flexibility.
