About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Fade Away Barbershop. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide personalized hair cutting and styling services to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Barbers and support staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies as needed to ensure a well-stocked barbershop.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Scalp and Hair Treatment: Provide custom scalp and hair treatments, including shampooing, shaving, and trimming.
  • Supervision: Supervise junior Barbers and support staff to ensure they are meeting the high standards of Fade Away Barbershop.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a Barber.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and reliability.
