We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at AN INDIAN AFFAIR. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Office Activities
- Oversee the work of other office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Establish and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide Administrative Support
- Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide general administrative assistance.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Manage Office Supplies and Inventory
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Respond to employee questions and concerns, providing timely and effective support.
- Conduct Performance Reviews
- Evaluate the performance of office staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Plan and Organize Office Operations
- Develop and implement plans to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
