**Responsibilities**:

- Source and book third party vehicles, equipment, and related services such as lowbeds and larger transport trucks.
- Develop, communicate, and maintain efficient driver schedules.
- Ensure that all vehicles (and equipment as required) are and continue to be registered, licensed, and insured.
- Ensure that semi-annual and annual regulatory inspections on large trucks, lift equipment and cranes are completed.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle and equipment servicing and inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment and ensure that maintenance and repairs are completed to the Companies standards of quality and care and meet all regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Ensure shop and project supplies inventory is identified and stored properly and these controls are maintained during the production/construction process.
- Maintain a consistent stock of inventory by conducting regular audits of inventory, inventory controls, and tracking processes, procedures, and systems, ordering new inventory up to the pre-authorized limit as directed by the COO
- Develop, maintain, and assess inventory reports and order patterns to find opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings. Provide these reports and assessments to the COO on a regular basis per a pre-determined schedule.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with vendors, exemplifying the Company’s values.
- Identify Company safety standard lists required for tools, equipment, and special equipment auditing.
- Review equipment maintenance and tool safety requirement specifications to determine the required maintenance and related warranty requirements and maintain a tool/equipment inventory and detailed safety checklist to meet these requirements.
- Locate, store, and allocate safe storage for all Company tools and small equipment.
- Administer and track tool sign-out with staff, including sign-in and damage reporting.
- Coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance of company small equipment and tools.
- Coordinate all shipment pick-up and deliveries for the Company’s shops, utilizing company vehicles and equipment efficiently and with time sensitivity.
- Coordinate the safe and efficient loading and unloading of Tritech vehicles, outgoing and incoming.
- Lead the mobilization and demobilization efforts from jobsites using both company and third-party trucks as required.
