Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at DV Kitchens & Baths. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project coordinators and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project coordinators, including preparing and maintaining project files, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing invoices.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and timely responses to inquiries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in project administration or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Construction company.
- Electronic Mail: Proficient in using email software.
- Electronic Scheduler: Familiar with electronic scheduling tools.
- MS Project: Knowledge of MS Project software.
- Social Media: Familiar with social media platforms.
- Spreadsheet: Proficient in using spreadsheet software.
- MS Excel: Knowledge of MS Excel software.
- MS Office: Proficient in using MS Office software.
- MS Outlook: Familiar with MS Outlook software.
- MS PowerPoint: Knowledge of MS PowerPoint software.
- MS Windows: Familiar with MS Windows operating system.
- MS Word: Proficient in using MS Word software.
- Project Management Software: Familiar with project management software.
- Database Software: Knowledge of database software.
- Google Drive: Familiar with Google Drive.
- LinkedIn: Familiar with LinkedIn.
- MAC: Familiar with MAC operating system.
- WordPress: Knowledge of WordPress.
- Project Coordination: Experience in project coordination.
- Project Management: Specialization in project management.

- Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?
- 3 years to less than 5 years: Experience in project administration or a related field.
