Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at DV Kitchens & Baths. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project coordinators and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project coordinators, including preparing reports, managing databases, and coordinating meetings.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations and monitoring and evaluating performance.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination and management.
  • Knowledge of database software and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
