We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our dynamic People Operations team at Loopio. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our managers and employees, while providing strategic guidance and expertise to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management: Partner with managers to ensure seamless onboarding, performance management, employee relations, salary reviews, medical or parental leaves, promotions, and offboarding processes.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Collaborate with the Talent Experience team to attract and hire top talent, both internally and externally, and support the development of our employees through coaching and mentoring.
- Process Improvement and Compliance: Work with the People Operations team to audit and improve internal processes and programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations across our jurisdictions.
- Employee Relations and Investigations: Manage complex employee relations issues, including performing workplace investigations as necessary, to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Business Partnership and Strategy: Provide strategic guidance and support to our leaders, helping them to drive business results and achieve their goals.
- Mentorship and Development: Share your expertise and experience with other members of the People Operations team, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources, preferably in a complex or high-growth organization.
- Proven ability to think strategically and deliver on tactical and operational projects.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, including employment law, employment standards, and health & safety best practices.
- Ability to work in a remote-first environment and collaborate with a distributed team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
