Purpose of the Position

The engaging role of the Client Success Strategist (CSS) is to serve as a strategic and supportive ally for our restaurant, dark kitchen, and grocery clientele throughout their journey with us. This position emphasizes fostering loyalty and ensuring success for our clients through our offerings, promoting long-term retention by delivering product insights, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating closely with Growth Account Managers to pinpoint upsell opportunities and facilitate contract renewals. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about engaging directly with our clients, possess the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications, communicate effectively via phone and email, and devise strategies to expand our customer base.

A Day in the Life:
  • Develop and implement clear client retention objectives, demonstrating the value of the Deliverect product to their operations.
  • Track client milestones for software deployment, from initial setup to feature navigation, acting as the subject-matter expert for our clients.
  • Utilize data and insights to illustrate how Deliverect has enhanced the profitability and efficiency of their operations.
  • Skillfully identify upsell opportunities for new features and products we provide, by understanding our clients' needs throughout the mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Personalize interactions with each client, creating memorable touchpoints with the Deliverect brand.
  • Create presentations and educational resources to effectively communicate the value of Deliverect and report departmental activities to internal teams.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, continually seeking to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with clients and internal teams, assisting with renewals and contract discussions.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Client Success Strategist (B2B and B2C) or Account Manager within a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with Planhat (CSP), Hubspot (CRM), Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate positive business relationships via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Technically adept, with the capacity to comprehend new technical concepts and convey them in an understandable manner for busy business owners and decision-makers.
  • Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently while contributing to the broader team.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Relevant educational background along with experience in SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
