Day in the Life:

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving strategic talent development and engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with division leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborating with talent partners to design and deliver competency-based interviews and assessments
  • Developing and implementing engaging onboarding programs that foster a positive employee experience
  • Leading talent reviews, succession planning, and retention initiatives to ensure a high-performing workforce
  • Creating individual development plans to guide employees through their career growth journeys
  • Providing oversight and coaching on health, safety, and compliance practices
  • Managing employee relations, including investigations and performance plans
  • Developing and presenting HR dashboards to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in human resources management
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Post-secondary education in business and/or HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
