Job Title: Chief Mainframe Platform Security Programmer Analyst

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our mainframe platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of experts who are passionate about innovation and modernization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in transformational mainframe platform projects to identify and analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional and technical requirements for developer teams.
  • Assist in the implementation of development strategies, tests, and their automation to ensure robust and stable solutions.
  • Make connections between business needs and technological requirements to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand current processes and establish target processes.
  • Produce functional analyses and participate in assessments of new needs and projects.
  • Familiarize yourself with processes and propose improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Meet architecture targets and supervise other resources as required.
About the Team:

Our IT team is comprised of over 2,300 proactive and collaborative experts who work together to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology, and continuously improve our processes. As part of the Mainframe Platform team, you will be part of a team of 15 colleagues and report to the Senior Director Mainframe Platform.

Requirements:
  • Industry-related university degree or other degree and several years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Mainframe platform and Mainframe platform security (ACF2 or RACF).
  • Experience in mainframe platform modernization and solution integration and/or maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience in business, functional, technical, and application analysis in a complex organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development and delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience in banking and/or finance, an asset.
  • Communication, work, and communication skills.
Language:

English, French. You will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
