We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Mainframe Platform Security Programmer Analyst to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our IT Delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our Mainframe platform.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in transformational Mainframe platform projects, identifying and analyzing business needs and defining solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with developers to write quality functional and technical briefs, ensuring expected system behaviors, use cases, and user interactions are well-documented.
- Assist in the implementation of development strategies, tests, and their automation, ensuring robust and stable solutions are delivered.
- Make the link between business needs and technological requirements, understanding current processes and establishing target processes through close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Produce functional analyses and participate in the realization of assessments of new needs, including projects and evolving requests.
- Familiarize yourself with processes and propose improvements, meeting architecture targets and supervising other resources as required.
You will be part of a dynamic team of over 2,300 experts who work collaboratively to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology, and continuously improve our processes. As a member of the Mainframe Platform team, you will report to the Senior Director Mainframe Platform and work closely with a team of 15 colleagues who share your passion for innovation and modernization.
