Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Specialist to join our team at THE PHONE PLACE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair telecommunications equipment, including cellular network infrastructure.
  • System Testing: Conduct thorough tests on installed telephone systems to identify transmission faults and ensure optimal performance.
  • Installation and Repair: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
  • Technical Analysis: Analyze test results and adjust, change or repair switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software.
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Initiate the dispatch of repair personnel and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, utilizing computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the field of telecommunications.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of telephone systems, computerized testing systems, and telecommunications systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
