Job Summary

Harbinger Network Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for performing budget modeling and forecasting, as well as monthly duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain accurate budgets for multiple locations
  2. Automate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including sales and cost centre planning
  3. Prepare and analyze financial reports to explain budget variances
  4. Own and manage the reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  5. Utilize Cognos to analyze and present financial data
  6. Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  7. Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting systems

Requirements
  1. CPA designation
  2. At least five years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing setting with international locations
  3. Proven planning experience
  4. Previous experience with Power BI
  5. Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  6. Strong technical, analytical, and systems knowledge
