About the Role

We're seeking a talented Graduate Engineer to contribute to the development of our critical assets at Bell Canada. As a Graduate Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on project management and agile methodologies in a construction environment, network architecture, and design.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to launch new product roadmaps, services, and solutions.
  • Refine your analytical, project management, and communication skills through hands-on, real-world experiences.
  • Collaborate with experienced leaders and industry experts to drive transformation and growth.
  • Expand your network and gain access to exclusive events and networking opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Work on project management and agile methodologies in a construction environment.
  • Contribute to network architecture and design, including hardware and software, routing protocols, and principles.
  • Develop and implement solutions for broadcast, data center, and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver transformational projects and launch new product roadmaps, services, and solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Mechanical), Engineering Science/Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Desire to expand knowledge in project management, agile methodologies, network architecture, and design.
  • Valid driver's license or equivalent.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Teldig and Cognibox.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Python programming (object-oriented programming).
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and structural analysis.

  • Skilled communicator with ability to balance urgency, empathy, and integrity.
