Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at O/A Primo Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, supervising workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all construction sites adhere to health and safety regulations, minimizing risks to workers and the public.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition and order materials and equipment as needed, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring budgets are met.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week
