About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Vernon Jubilee Hospital (VJH). As a key member of our Rehabilitation Team, you will play a vital role in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs, working closely with Physiotherapists to monitor and evaluate patients' progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate at the top of your scope, empowered to make a significant impact on patient care.
  • Engage patients through consistent therapeutic interventions, driving substantial progress in meeting their needs.
  • Serve as an integral member of the rehabilitation team, relied upon as the eyes and ears of the rehab team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive care for patients.
