Rehabilitation Assistant Role

As a Rehabilitation Assistant at Vernon Jubilee Hospital, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation team in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Physiotherapists in monitoring and evaluating patients' progress, ensuring that they receive comprehensive and effective treatment.

Working in a client-centered approach, you will be an integral member of the rehabilitation team, contributing to the impact on patients' needs and their rehabilitation journey. Your role will involve engaging patients through therapeutic interventions, driving progress in meeting patient needs, and serving as an essential member of the rehabilitation team.

  • Operate at the top of your scope, empowered to make decisions and take actions.
  • Engage patients through consistent therapeutic interventions, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Drive substantial progress in meeting patient needs, working collaboratively with the rehabilitation team.
  • Serve as an integral member of the rehabilitation team, providing comprehensive care and support.
  • Be relied upon as the eyes and ears of the rehab team, ensuring comprehensive care and monitoring patients' progress.
