About the Role

The Project Engineer will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

  • Performing pre-engineering inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Completing, checking, and reviewing technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Preparing plans, proposals, specifications, and reports to support business development and client relationships.
  • Designing stormwater management systems, drainage systems, and other infrastructure to meet client needs.
  • Conducting construction inspections and assisting with project management to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Liaising with clients and advancing business development through effective communication and relationship-building.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer with a P.Eng. licence or a Civil Engineering Intern working towards one. You should have:

  • 0-10 years of experience in the civil consulting industry, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Unwavering commitment to health & safety in the workplace, with a focus on preventing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and edit technical documents and reports.
  • A valid Class G driver's licence to travel to client sites and attend meetings.
