Job Title: Janitor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitor Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Inc.

Job Summary:

The Janitor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for our employees and visitors. This is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that cleaning schedules are aligned with business needs.
  • Train and develop janitorial staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning schedules and progress.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
Work Environment:

This is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
