About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Automation Specialist to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in implementing, integrating, and troubleshooting Business Process Automation (BPA) flows/processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Integrate BPA Flows/Processes
    • Develop and implement BPA flows/processes to automate business processes
    • Integrate web service invocations, embedded scripts, and user interactions
  • Automate Business Processes
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business processes
    • Automate business processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and Oversee BPA Team
    • Lead a small team of BPA specialists
    • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Champion Digital Transformation
    • Drive digital transformation initiatives within In-Service Support projects
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent education
    • 8 years of software development experience, including 2 years of leading a software development or software test team
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with web services development, including use of JavaScript for web application development
    • Experience defining software requirements, user stories, and/or GUI UX design
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a scrum/agile software development environment
