Workload Automation SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workload Automation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation and support of our clients' workload automation solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on the design and architecture of business intelligence systems for new service deployments and lifecycle management.
- Implement robust automation designs, adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed systems and programs.
- Contribute significantly to the development of high-quality commercial-grade software applications.
- Be prepared to travel extensively (minimum 50%) to client sites, with potential for irregular travel schedules to meet project needs.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing workload automation solutions using BMC Control-M or equivalent platforms.
- Extensive experience in maintaining, designing, and implementing IT infrastructure solutions across diverse environments.
- Solid understanding of networking principles and hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Windows systems administration.
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize business processes for efficiency and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and another language) is a valuable asset.
- Programming skills in HTML, Java, or other relevant languages.
- Experience with configuration management and deployment tools for software applications.
