We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at AGTA Home Health Care Simcoe County Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.
- Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, to monitor patients' health.
- Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments, maintaining effective communication.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting independence and dignity.
- Supervise patients' exercise routines, encouraging physical activity and mobility.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient environment.
- Answer call signals, responding promptly to patients' needs and requests.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, fostering a collaborative approach.
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting, with a focus on patient safety and well-being.
