About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team at Choice Insurance Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration
    • Ensure all necessary forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Claims Management
    • Monitor insurance claims and respond promptly to clients' inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Sell a range of insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Provincial or territorial license to practice as an insurance agent.
  • Insurance Experience
    • Experience in property/casualty insurance, commercial insurance, individual insurance, automobile insurance, fire insurance, house insurance, life insurance products, tenant insurance, and travel insurance products.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Schedule
    • Work a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
