We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Agent to join our team at Infinity Insurance Services (Scottsdale) Inc. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in insurance packages, risk coverage, and policy features.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Insurance Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge of group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features to clients.
- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
- Certifications and Licenses: Provincial or territorial license is required.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, offer mentorship and coaching opportunities, and provide awareness training to employees.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, assist with settlement needs, and support social and labor market integration.
- Support for Youth: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, offer on-the-job training, and provide mentorship opportunities.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, offer mentorship and coaching opportunities, and provide cultural competency training.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in government or community programs that support visible minorities, apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination, and offer mentorship programs.
