Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Insurance Sales: Sell insurance products to clients, including group and individual insurance packages, and provide information on policy features and benefits.
- Education and Experience: Ensure that clients have the necessary education and experience to purchase insurance products.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and assist with their settlement needs.
- Support for Youth: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, and offer on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, and provide cultural competency training to employees.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in government or community programs that support visible minorities, and apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
