About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Damp-R Services Ltd. as a Cleaning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping Floors: Ensure all floors are clean and free of debris.
  • Dusting and Polishing Furniture: Maintain the cleanliness of all furniture and fixtures.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting Kitchen and Bathroom Fixtures: Ensure all kitchen and bathroom areas are clean and hygienic.
  • Handling Lost and Found Items: Report and handle any lost or found items in a timely manner.
  • Emptying Trash Containers: Regularly empty trash containers to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Washing Windows, Walls, and Ceilings: Ensure all windows, walls, and ceilings are clean and free of dirt and grime.
  • Addressing Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Handling Heavy Loads: Regularly lift and move heavy loads, including cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Physically Demanding: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements
  • Steel-Toed Safety Boots: Wear steel-toed safety boots at all times while on the job.
  • Equipment: Use provided equipment and cleaning supplies to maintain a clean and organized environment.
