About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at G Star Homes. As an Insulation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our homes are energy-efficient and comfortable for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure a solid foundation for insulation installation.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure our homes remain in excellent condition.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation techniques.
Requirements
  • Experience in insulation installation and maintenance is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
