About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installation Specialist to join our team at G Star Homes. As an Insulation Installation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the energy efficiency and comfort of our homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Framing Houses: Assist in the construction of frames for houses, including erecting walls and building roofs.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Work: Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our construction sites.
  • Clean Up Chemical Spills: Respond to and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants on our construction sites.
  • Apply and Secure Insulation: Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods.
Work Environment

As an Insulation Installation Specialist, you will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including noisy and dusty environments. You will also work in a construction setting, which can be physically demanding and require attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Work Under Pressure: You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Physically Demanding: You must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require manual labor.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have attention to detail and be able to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: You must have good hand-eye coordination and be able to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
