About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installation Specialist to join our team at G Star Homes. As an Insulation Installation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the energy efficiency and comfort of our homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Framing Houses: Assist in the construction of frames for houses, including erecting walls and building roofs.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Work: Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our construction sites.
  • Clean Up Chemical Spills: Respond to and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants on our construction sites.
  • Apply and Secure Insulation: Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods.
Work Environment

As an Insulation Installation Specialist, you will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be exposed to noisy and dusty environments, and you will be required to work at heights.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Conditions: You will work under pressure, and the role will be physically demanding. You will be required to perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: You must be accurate, dependable, flexible, reliable, and a team player.
