We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including cost of food, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including monitoring performance and conducting performance reviews.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
