Nedco, a leading electrical industry company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our electrical division.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders, quotations, and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell electrical products to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of electrical products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of inside sales or customer service experience in the electrical industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: Electrical apprenticeship or product knowledge certifications an asset.
