Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Hawk's Stucco Construction LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
