Position Overview
As a key member of the warehouse team, the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator will be instrumental in the processes of receiving, storing, and documenting inventory. This role involves ensuring that products are accurately identified, verified, and appropriately placed within the storage facility. The ability to operate equipment with care and efficiency is vital in this position. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential, as you will provide significant support to the operational framework of EMCO Corporation.
This role also requires interaction with clients, necessitating strong customer service capabilities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming products; Confirm the condition and quantity of delivered goods
- Unload delivery vehicles and organize items within the warehouse
- Perform data entry for accepted shipments
- Assist in the preparation of outgoing orders as required
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English
- Team-oriented with a constructive attitude
- Adaptability and resourcefulness
- Proficient in computer applications (Outlook)
- Possession of a Class 5 driver's license; Forklift operation experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a comparable role
- Strong focus on precision and detail
