Position Overview

We are thrilled to announce the search for our inaugural Chief of Medical Staff Services. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

We are looking for someone who is well-versed in contemporary human resource practices and has held progressively senior roles within organizations that feature diverse employee demographics.

A commitment to continuous learning, including relevant education and certifications, is essential, ideally including a postgraduate degree.

This role will primarily involve on-site work at the Town of Cochrane's administration offices, leading a team that prioritizes community, culture, personnel, and relationships.

The salary for this full-time position in the public sector ranges from $155,769 to $166,385.
