We are seeking an experienced, dynamic cosmetic injector. This position is in Cochrane, Alberta in an established medical spa which has 6 treatments rooms and 10 team members. We provide over 99 services including CoolSculpting, Thermage, Injectables, facials and carry over 5 skin care lines. We are seeking a truly dynamic and experienced Injector to join our close-knit team.

**Qualification & Skills**
The successful Injectionist needs not only to be able to conduct injectable treatments including neuromodulators and derma fillers but also needs perform client consultations. The Nurse injector must be professional with great communication skills, who is able to analyze client needs and customize treatments.
Like many roles in this industry this is a technical sales role and the ability to make home care recommendations, helping clients achieve desired results while meeting or exceeding revenue goals. You must be able to discuss pricing, promote customized programs and cross referral to other team members.
Position Description and Responsibilities
- Has the ability to analyze and evaluate each client’s individual needs and expectations to recommend the most effective programs.
- Ability to customize treatments and discuss pricing.
- Follow all spa safety rules and regulations as well as work within CRNA’s regulations.
- Develop and customize the client experience ensuring that the full review is conducted.
- Take before and after picture with proper lighting and angles.
- Present a warm, gracious, and professional persona to client and co-workers.
- Adhere to high professional standards in dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle.
- Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation.
- Actively build strong client relations
- Chart and document each treatment. Consistently record and update clients’ records the day of treatment.
- Ensure all consent forms are signed and uploaded to Janeapp before treatment.
- Attend and participate in all general and team meetings.
- Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education.
- Participate in all aspects of marketing/special event planning and execution.
- Track performance and efficiency
**Qualifications**:
- Hold a valid licence as a NP, MD, RN, LPN
- Motivated professional from the aesthetic and medical industry with a detailed work history.
- Experienced in injecting and the ability to perform other med spa treatments.
- Knowledge of skin, wellness and how to properly analyze conditions based on your menu.
- Special skills: knowledge of cosmetic medical procedures, paramedical terminology, acne therapy, anti-aging, specialty makeup and nutrition education is a plus.
- Confident with the ability to make treatment and home care recommendations to every client.

- Base hourly rate + bonus based on years in industry and years in nursing.
