About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Manager to lead our digital team in shaping, implementing, and supporting complex solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of digital engineers, project managers, and analysts to deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead a team of digital engineers, project managers, and analysts to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Scope and Budget Management: Define project scope, resource allocation, and budget management for projects ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000 in size.
  • Project Operations: Ensure that all projects are executed with high-quality delivery, adhering to our project operations rigor.
  • Digital Support and Guidance: Provide technical support, issue resolution, and guidance on existing client solutions.
  • Consultative Expertise: Offer consultative expertise to clients on technology and digital solutions, ensuring that they receive the best possible advice.
  • Digital Strategy: Contribute to Bond's digital strategy by maintaining current knowledge of leading-edge digital solutions and recommending development opportunities.
  • Code and Application Design Reviews: Ensure that regular code and application design reviews take place within the project build.
  • Digital Solution Documentation: Prepare digital solution documentation, including solution overviews, describing digital responsibilities, scope, project plan, risk, and budget.
  • Final Approval: Provide final approval for digital solutions roll-out.
Requirements
  • Advanced Knowledge: Possess advanced knowledge of current digital technologies and applications hosted on Azure cloud.
  • Project Management and Team Leadership: Demonstrate strong project management and team leadership skills.
  • Education: Hold a Computer Science degree or related field.
  • Experience: Have at least 3 years' experience managing people in a related field and working in Agile project management frameworks.
