As our Digital Engineering Manager, you'll lead a talented team of.net developers, business analysts, and technical project managers to deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our digital strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing Digital Engineering Team to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
  • Scope, resource, and budget management of projects ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000 in size
  • Execute Project Operations rigor to ensure high-quality delivery for our clients
  • Provide digital support, issue resolution, and guidance on existing client solutions
  • Contribute to Bond's Digital Strategy by maintaining current knowledge of leading-edge digital solutions and recommending development opportunities
  • Ensure regular code and application design reviews are taking place within the project build
  • Prepare Digital Solution Documentation, including solution overviews describing digital responsibilities, scope, project plan, risk, and budget
  • Provide final approval for Digital Solutions roll-out

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of current digital technologies and applications hosted on Azure cloud
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills
  • Computer Science Degree or related field
  • 3+ years' experience managing people in a related field and working in Agile project management frameworks
